Hello! How can we help you?

Do you have an assistive device number?

All our Velopeds and Walkers are tested and approved according to the European standard for rollators (ISO 11199) (max. user weight 150 kg). They are also registered as Class I medical devices and recognized as rollators within the EU.

However, the regulations of German health insurance companies differ. Some health insurance companies require a so-called assistive device number. Since we currently do not have a German distributor, we cannot provide an assistive device number.

Furthermore, some health insurance companies only cover the costs if the rollator is purchased through a contracted medical supply store.

Therefore, we recommend that you contact your health insurance company directly to clarify the individual requirements.

We are happy to assist you:

  • We will prepare a cost estimate for your health insurance company upon request.
  • If a medical supply store is involved, we will gladly provide them with our dealer price list.
